PICTURES: Boat goes up in flames on the River Frome
Firefighters, the coastguard and RNLI attended the blaze on the River Frome late on Sunday evening
Fire destroyed a 35ft motorboat on the River Frome on Sunday after a blaze broke out in the late evening.
Firefighters from Poole and Wareham attended the scene just east of Wareham after reports of smoke and flames in the area of Swineham point at 9.20pm.

The coastguard and RNLI were also involved in the incident, ensuring other river users were kept away from the blaze.
Once the burning motorboat had been found, crews used a hose reel plus two main lines from open water to tackle the blaze.
In a statement, Dorset Fire and Rescue Service described the fire as “very difficult”, but they made good progress and managed to bring it under control just after 11pm.
FIrefighters remained on scene until gone 1am, damping down.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown, with the blaze completely destroying the vessel.
